Abstract:
This study was based on comparing the personality types and learning styles among the pre university students of kalaleh. .
The purpose of this study comparing the personality types of learning styles with new standards approaches for training and guidance of those involved in the field of education was education for educational department. In fact, questions such as whether the personality types (neurosis, extraversion, flexible, graceful; flexibility; responsibility) on each learning style (see speculation, concrete experience, abstract conceptualization and active experimentation)are it is different or not motivated to do more research, provided that the hypothesis in relation to each of the two groups was represented. The samples of research were 249;they have choosen among 650 students of high school in kalaleh in 1389-90.
The sampling was based on accidntly categorization .For the first four hypotheses using data analysis, descriptive statistics analysis of variance ANOVA, Tukey post hoc tests and independent t-used method for the fifth hypothesis. The variables used to measure the learning style inventory (LSI) of Kolb and type of personality test neo (NEO) is used. .
And also the boys in the style of female students concrete experience, abstract conceptualization and active experimentation with different styles of learning are obtained by reflection with no difference.
The results showed that personality types of learners were based on see speeulation and active experimentation with %95 of absult and for this reason diffretiation between them happened with clarytying the average. .
